This suit is filed by the plaintiff against the
defendant directing the defendant to quit and deliver
the vacant possession of the schedule property to the
plaintiff; to pay damages of Rs.25,000/- per month to
the plaintiff from the date of the suit till the date the
-3- O.S.No.1963/2002
defendant actually hands over the vacant possession of
the suit schedule property to the plaintiff and costs of
the suit.
2. The suit schedule property is immovable
residential property bearing No.7 situated at Jayamahal
Road, Bangalore – 560 046 measuring North to South 85
and East to West 120 with an old building measuring 20
squares in plinth bounded on East by the property of
Sri.H.H.Jyotendra Sinhji Jadeja, West by Road, North by
private property and South by property No.6.
