Applicant- Amit Kumar Singh @ Babloo And 2 Others, who are neither named in the FIR nor charge sheeted nor cognizance was taken against them by Jurisdictional Magistrate at the time of taking cognizance in terms of Section 190(1)(b) Cr.P.C. or by the Sessions Judge in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 193 Cr.P.C. as explained by the Constitution Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in Dharampal Vs. State of Haryana, (2014) 3 SCC 306, have approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
