2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit
that the petitioner is questioning the Circular dated
12.06.2025 issued by the respondent No.5 on behalf of
the respondent Nos.3 and 4 detaining the petitioner
from appearing for Examinations of B.Tech (CSE) – III
Year II Semester in the academic years 2024-25 that
Lab Examinations were held from 14.06.2025 to
18.06.2025 and written examination from 20.06.2025
to 02.07.2025 consequent to the Notification dated
01.05.2025 issued by the respondent No.4 on behalf of
SK, J
the respondent No.3 in spite of receiving the
examination fee on 23.05.2025, without considering
the medical certificates and without considering the
representations submitted by the petitioner on
10.04.2025 and 12.06.2025 as illegal and violative of
Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
