1. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (erstwhile Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 193/2023 dated 13th June,
2023, registered under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 506, 509 and 34 of the
Indian Penal Code, 18603, at P.S. New Friends Colony, Delhi and all other
proceedings emanating therefrom. Subsequently, a chargesheet has also
been filed against the Petitioners under the aforesaid sections.
