The Srirampura Police have filed this charge sheet
against the accused for the offences punishable U/s.8(c),
20(b) of NDPS Act.
2. It is the case of prosecution that on 04.03.2020 at 3-00
p.m, CW-1 received a credible information that the accused
No.1 and 2 are selling ganja behind church situated in
Ambedkar Nagar, Vatal Nagaraj Road. CW-1 secured CW-2 to
10 and reached the spot at about 3-30 p.m, and secured the
accused No.1 and 2 along with Pulsar Bike bearing
Reg.No.KA-51-K-382. There was a black cover on the right
side handle of the motor bike. On verification, it was found
that there were 96 small packets filled with ganja and also
the said pack was having ganja. The packets were weighing
970 gms and the remaining ganja was weighing 550 gms.
CW-1 has seized the above said ganja in presence of CW-2
Spl.C. No.497/2021
and 3. As per the report submitted by the first informant, this
case has been registered against the accused for the
commission of offences referred above.
