Present petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for
fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.113/2025 dated
01.04.2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Jaipur, District
Jaipur (West) for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2),
305(a), 351(2) of BNS and to transfer the investigation to any
other higher police officers or CID CB of other District.
Learned counsel for the respondents-State has raised no
objection if personal hearing is given to the petitioner before the
respondent No.3- Deputy Commissioner of Police (West), Jaipur
City.

In light of the same, and in light of the directions
encapsulated in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh
[(2008) 2 SCC 409] it is directed that on 29.07.2025 at 11.00
AM, the petitioner shall mark his presence before respondent
No.3- Deputy Commissioner of Police (West), Jaipur City who will
give audience to the petitioner and take appropriate decision,
strictly in accordance with law.
