Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS

punishable under Sections 420 and

and Section 24 of the Emigration Act,
1983.
2) While issuing notice on
21.04.2025, by way of interim relief,
direction for not taking coercive
steps subject to cooperation in the
investigation, was issued.
3) Learned counsel for the
respondent-State submits that the
petitioner has joined the

investigation.
4) After hearing and in the facts
of this case, without expressing any
opinion on the merits of the case, we
deem it appropriate to confirm the
order of interim protection and deem
it appropriate to release the
petitioner on anticipatory bail.
5) In view of the above, we direct
that in the event of arrest, the
petitioner shall be released on bail
on furnishing suitable bail bonds and
sureties and on such other terms and
conditions as may be deemed fit by
the Station House Officer of the
concerned police station.
6) We further direct that the
petitioner shall join the

and co-operate in the same abiding
all the conditions as specified under
Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7) It is made clear here that
violation, if any, by the petitioner,
may give a cause to take recourse as
permissible and the trial Court is at
liberty to do the needful.
8) Accordingly, and in view of the
foregoing, this special leave
petition stands disposed of. Pending
application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
