This civil second appeal has been filed by the appellant-
plaintiff (for short ‘the plaintiff’) against the judgment and decree
dated 15.07.2023 passed by the Additional District Judge No.10,
Jaipur Metropolitan-II, Headquarter Chomu in Civil Regular Appeal
No.01/2022, whereby the appellate Court dismissed the appeal
filed by the plaintiff and affirmed the order and decree dated
07.01.2020 passed by the Civil Judge (Lower Division) &
Metropolitan Magistrate No. 25, Chomu Headquarter, Jaipur in Civil
Suit No.52/2019, whereby the trial Court dismissed the suit filed
by the plaintiff.
