Mr. Shikhar Narwal, Adv.
UPON hearing the counsel the court made the
following
O R D E R
1. Heard learned counsel for the
parties and perused the pleadings.
2. The petitioner is involved in a
case under Sections 302, 201, 420,
467, 468, 471, 419 and 120-B of the
IPC pursuant to FIR No.35 of 2023
registered at Police Station Nagina,
District Nuh, Haryana. There is no
eye-witness to the crime and one of
the co-accused has been granted bail.
Out of the 32 witnesses named, only
eight have so far been examined and
thus, the trial is likely to take
considerable time.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and
circumstances, we consider it
appropriate to enlarge petitioner on
SLP (CRL.) NO(S). 6087/2025 2
bail.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner is
directed to be released on bail
subject to stringent terms and
conditions as may be imposed by the
trial Court commensurating with the
charges framed against him, provided
he cooperates with the trial and
appears before the trial Court as and
when required.
5. The Special Leave Petition is
disposed of accordingly. Pending
application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
