This position is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are keen on developing their skills in legal drafting, financial compliance, and contract management within the accounting and financial services sector.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
- Preferred: Enrolled with a State Bar Council
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and financial regulations
- Excellent drafting, legal writing, and research skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Conduct legal research on corporate and taxation laws
- Prepare legal opinions, notices, and internal policy documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Handle correspondence with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Support dispute resolution and legal advisory tasks
- Maintain and manage legal records and documentation
