refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail by order dated
13.02.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST, East
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1863 of 2025(4) dt.15-07-2025
Champaran, in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No.107 of
2024, F.I.R. dated 10.03.2024 registered under Sections 147,
148, 149, 324, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504, 354, 506 of
the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1) (i) (r) (s) (w) 3(2) (va)
of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act.
