Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of officers in Grade ‘A’ and Grade ‘B’ (General and Specialist Stream) in Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI)
Position: Manager Grade ‘B
Eligibility
- LLB with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal dept. of RBI, SEBI, PSUs, SCBs, NBFCs, etc.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India
Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting & legal opinions
- Handling DRT, IBC, SARFAESI matters
- Court appearances & legal notices
- Recovery and enforcement actions
Salary
CTC: Approx. ₹1.15 Lakh/month
