100 years of Raj Kapoor: Kareena Kapoor-Saif Ali Khan, Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor-Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and others make a stylish appearance at the event

The Kapoor family has planning a grand celebration for the 100th birthday of Bollywood’s OG showman Raj Kapoor. The event would honour the unmatched contribution of late legendary actor to Indian Cinema.
The who’s who of Bollywood made their presence felt at the do. Gracing the red carpet of the event were Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Saif Ali Khan, Aadar Jain, Sharman Joshi, Karisma Kapoor and several others.
While Kareena made heads turn in her white and red anarkali dress, Alia stunned one and all in a simple-yet-elegant saree. Ranbir and Saif, on the other hand, opted for stylish suits.

RK Films is hosting special screenings of Raj Kapoor’s iconic films to celebrate his 100th birth anniversary, in collaboration with the Film Heritage Foundation and the National Film Archive of India (NFDC). The screenings, titled Raj Kapoor 100: Celebrating the Centenary of the Greatest Showman, will take place from December 13 to 15 at PVR-Inox and Cinepolis theaters in 40 cities across 135 locations in India.

Ranbir Kapoor spoke about his grandfather Raj Kapoor’s lasting impact and the family’s plans to pay tribute to him through the Raj Kapoor Film Festival at the 55th International Film Festival of India in Goa.
He shared that the Raj Kapoor Film Festival will be held across India from December 13 to 15, inviting everyone to attend. He also recalled a moment when Alia Bhatt asked him, “Who’s Kishore Kumar?” emphasizing how people can be forgotten over time and the importance of remembering our roots.
