This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the
following prayer:
“(a) Issue appropriate writ, order or direction
declaring the Prevention of Money Laundering
(Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act 2 of 2013) as well as
the provisions of sections 2(u),3,4,5,17,20 & 24 of
the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, in the
present form, as unconstitutional being violative of
Articles 14,21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India
emanating thereform, and
