New Delhi: A robbery turned deadly in Jafrabad on Wednesday, resulting in the murder of a man. The victim, whose identity is still unknown, was robbed of Rs 200. Police apprehended two juveniles, aged 16 and 15, in connection with the crime.
Police received a call at 2.30 am regarding a person lying in a pool of blood. A team of cops rushed to the spot and took the victim to a hospital, where he was declared dead. Several teams were formed by DCP (Northeast) Rakesh Paweriya, and they started scrutinising the footage from CCTV cameras installed near the crime scene and apprehended the duo. The juveniles said that they attempted to rob the man, and when he resisted, they stabbed him.
