                                                     O R D E R

1. The impugned orders dated 09.04.2025 and 29.04.2025 being in

conformity with and in furtherance of the order passed by this

Court on 14.11.2024 in Civil Appeal Nos.12370-12371 of 2024, we see

no ground to interfere with the same. The Special Leave Petitions

2. However, on being pointed out, we find that there is a

typographical error in paragraph 7 of order dated 14.11.2024 passed

in Civil Appeal Nos.12370-12371 of 2024. It is directed that the

word “arbitrators” in Paragraph 7(iv) shall be read as

“arbitrariness”. Certified copy, if applied, be issued with the

above correction.

3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed.
