2. Counsel for respondent No.1 (Kolkata Municipal
Corporation) seeks and is granted four weeks’ time to file the
counter affidavit.

3. It is made clear that no further opportunity shall be
granted in this regard.

4. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks
after the counter affidavit is filed, including to the counter
affidavit filed by respondent No.5.
