1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of
the daughter of the petitioner is fixed on 12.05.2025, therefore on
humanitarian ground, he may be released on interim bail.
2. This fact is verified by learned Public Prosecutor through the
concerned SHO and, accordingly factual report is submitted, which
is taken on record.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has not seriously opposed the
prayer for interim bail. He however, expresses his apprehension
that the petitioner may not surrender before the jail authorities on
time and would abscond.
3. In view of the above, the application for interim bail of the
petitioner- Malkha Singh S/o Ramnath is accepted and it is
directed that he may be released on interim bail from 04.05.2025
to 16.05.2025 in connection with FIR No.0094/2023 registered
with Police Station Kishanganj, District-Baran for offences under

Sections 302, 341, 143 of IPC on furnishing bail bonds of
Rs.20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the
satisfaction of the court below. The petitioner shall surrender
before the Jail Authorities on 17.05.2025.
4. Let a copy of this order be supplied to the jail authorities.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to produce the
surrender report of the petitioner before this Court.
