1. This landlord’s Revision Application under Section 29 (2) of
the Bombay Rents, Hotel and Lodging House Rates Control
Act, 1947 (for short “the Rent Act”)is against judgment and
decree passed by First Appellate Court in Civil Application
whereby the said appeal has been allowed and Judgment and
Decree passed by the Trial Court is quashed and set aside.
