4. Petitioner and respondent no.2 are present in
person.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would
submit that this is the petition for quashing of the
proceedings of Criminal Case No.5949 of 2023
“State of Uttarakhand vs. Jitendra Kumar @
Subu” under Sections 420, 406 and 506 of IPC.
6. He would further submit that that an amount
of ` 1,50,000/- has already been paid to the
respondent no.2 and today a demand of draft in the
amount of ` 4,00,000/- is being handed over to
respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 accepts the
same in the Court.
7. Petitioner undertakes to make the payment of
remaining amount of ` 6,00,000/- through demand
draft on the next date.
8. List on 03.06.2025.
9. Interim order dated 12.02.2025 is extended
till the next date of listing.
