Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Richard Parker will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Antitrust Section Spring Meeting on April 2.
Mr. Parker is a panelist in the “Effectively Communicating with Diverse Juries” session, which will explore strategies for effectively communicating complex legal concepts to diverse decision-makers, including juries and judges. The interactive discussion will provide insight into tailoring arguments, addressing cultural nuances, and ensuring clarity while ultimately enhancing your case’s impact and persuasiveness.
