About the Opportunity
JSW Motors Limited is looking for a Legal Intern to join the Legal team in Mumbai. If you’re an LL.B. (3rd or 4th year) student and are interested in gaining hands-on corporate legal experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, and internal policies
- Conducting legal research on corporate, labour, environmental, and automotive regulations
- Supporting compliance processes, regulatory filings, and internal audits
- Assisting in due diligence and risk assessment for ongoing business projects
- Preparing case briefs, legal summaries, and maintaining documentation/records
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing LL.B. (Final Year) or LL.M. from a reputed institution
- Language – English & Marathi
- Strong capabilities in legal research, drafting, and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior internship experience in a corporate legal team or law firm (preferred)
