1. Heard learned counsel for appellants and learned A.G.A. for respondent-State.

The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) CrPC has been filed against judgment and order dated 25.02.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No.03, Lakhimpur Kheri in Sessions Trial No.778 of 2006; State v. Ram Kumar & Other arising out of Case Crime No.36 of 2002, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and Section 3(i)(x) S.C./S.T. Act, registered at Police Station Bheera, District Kheri convicting and sentencing the appellants as under:-
(i) under Section 323 I.P.C. to six months simple imprisonment,
(ii) under Section 504 IPC to six months simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs.200/- each and in default of fine, fifteen days simple imprisonment,
