Instant Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under
Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of
Mandamus declaring the inaction of Respondents 3 and 4
not registering a First Information Report pursuant to the
Petitioners representation dated 08- 06-2026, fraudulent
registration done by the Respondent no. 5, as illegal,
arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the
Constitution of India and consequently direct Respondents
3 and 4 to forthwith register a First information Report on
the basis of the Petitioner’s representation dated 08-06-
2026 against Respondent No.5 and all other persons
involved, including the officials of the Sub-Registrar Office,
Anantapuram Rural, and to conduct a fair, impartial and
time-bound investigation into the matter in accordance with
law and to pass”.
