2. W.A.No.204/2022, W.A.No.608/2022 and
W.A.No.609/2022 are filed by the appellants/land
losers/owners challenging the order of the learned Single Judge
passed in W.P.No.48591/2016, W.P.No.59693/2016 and
W.P.No.2267/2017 dated 15.12.2021, wherein, the learned
Single Judge dismissed the writ petitions filed by the
