2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.2019 of 2023 pending
on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Aska, arising out of
Dharakote P.S. Case No.359 of 2023 for commission
of offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/
291/323/324/407/506/149 of the IPC.

been released on bail by order dated 19.07.2024
passed by this Court in ABLAPL No.6967 of 2024 and
since the Petitioner is similarly circumstances, he may
be protected by pre-arrest bail.
