1. The appellant- State of Gujarat has preferred this appeal
under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973
against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 4.6.2011
passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Gondal (hereinafter be referred to as “the Trial Court”) in
Criminal Case No.1231 of 1992 whereby the trial Court has
acquitted the respondents accused from the charges levelled
