3. This Criminal Misc. Application U/S 528 BNSS, 2023 has been filed before this Court by the applicants- Indrawati Devi (mother-in-law), Shyam Narayan Singh (father-in-law) and Prabhakar Singh (husband) with the following prayers:-
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the Order dated 04.01.2023 passed by Civil Judge (J.D.) FTC/Crime against Women, Bhadohi, Gyanpur in Complaint No. 2123 of 2011 (Jyoti Vs. Prabhakar and others), Under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Under Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Gopiganj, District-Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi).
