1. This application under Section 378(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 has been preferred by the State seeking leave to appeal
against the judgment dated 09.12.2019 passed by the Additional Sessions
Judge-06 (POCSO Act), South-East, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in SC No.
1617/2016 arising out of FIR No. 168/2014 registered at PS Jaitpur under
Sections 323/452/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 8 of the
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
