1. By way filing present petition under Articles 226
and 227 of the Constitution of India as well as
under the provision of the Bombay Prevention of
Fragmentation and Consolidation of Holdings Act,
1947 (hereinafter referred to as “Fragmentation
Act” for short), the petitioners have challenged
the order dated 17.05.2017 passed by the
respondent no.2 in Revision Application
No.MVV/CON/VDD/1/2016.
