    Present Mr.N.Kumarjit, learned senior counsel assisted
    by Mr.N.Zequeson, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.Kh.Samarjit,
    learned DSGI assisted by Mr.Nongdamba, learned counsel for
    respondents.

    There are six writ petitions pending before this Court.
    However, some of the petitioners in all the writ petitions filed Misc
    Case being MC (WP(C)) Nos.597, 595, 596, 598, 594, 599 of 2026
    for permitting them from deleting their names from the array of
    parties in the petition, with liberty to approach the appropriate
    forum.

    Learned senior counsel submits that writ petitioners
    may continue with the remaining writ petitions.

    Mr.Kh.Samarjit, learned DSGI submits that misc
    applications may be allowed and petitioners in the remaining
    petitions may continue with the petition.

    This Court perused the materials on record. MC
    (WP(C)) Nos.597, 595, 596, 598, 594, 599 of 2026 are allowed and
    name applicants in the misc applications are deleted from the array
    of parties in main writ petitions.

    The writ petitions will be proceeded on the basis of
    remaining writ petitioners.

    Earlier interim order is extended till the next date.

    Heard Mr.N.Kumarjit, learned senior counsel for the
    applicant.

    Issue Notice.

    Mr.Nongdamba, learned counsel accepts notice on
    behalf of respondents.
