Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in
connection with Complaint Case No. 253 of 2018, registered for
the offences punishable under Sections 260, 419, 467, 471, 506,
120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to prosecution case, O.P. No.2 filed a
Complaint Case No. 253 of 2018 before the learned Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, agianst four persons alleging
therein inter alia that a land of the complaint and his family,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54168 of 2026(2) dt.05-08-2026
bearing Khata No.633, 634 and 637, Khesra Nos.4848, 4849
and 4850 a total area of 3 bigha 14 katha 10 dhur situated in
Mauza Bakhityarpur, the accused persons in connivance with
each other have committed forgery and got a sale deed No.2549
executed on 02.07.2014 by impersonating someone as Sayed
Mohammad Yunus Alam.
