    [1] When the matter was taken up Ms. G. Pushpa, learned counsel along

    with Ms. Helly Ch., learned counsel on record for arbitration petition petitioner was

    before this Court.

    [2] It came to light that some inadvertent errors have crept in.

    [3] Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for arbitration

    petition petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned arbitration

    petition but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the arbitration

    petition petitioner to file another petition with similar/same prayer on the same

    issue after making requisite course corrections. To be noted, this course is being

    adopted as it is less cumbersome compared to filing an amendment application.

    [4] A scanned reproduction of the endorsement made by learned

    counsel on record for arbitration petition petitioner in the case file is as follows:

    [5] In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned arbitration petition is

    disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit with preservation of rights and contentions

    of the arbitration petition petitioner in the manner stated above. When the

    arbitration petition is filed afresh after making course corrections, instant order

    shall be annexed as an annexure. There shall be no order as to costs.
