Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the
complainant, who is appearing in person, as well as the learned
APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection
with Complaint Case No.3062(C) of 2025 for allegedly having
committed offences under Sections 316(2), 336(3), 61, 352(2)
and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The matter was adjourned yesterday i.e.
05.08.2026, since the complainant in person had informed this
Court that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been
issued against the petitioner on 20.06.2026, however since the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54257 of 2026(3) dt.06-08-2026
petitioner was ready and willing to pay the amount, which was
taken by him on different dates to the tune of Rs.2,66,000/-, the
matter was adjourned for today.
