Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Assist in corporate transactions and advisory work

• Work closely with clients and senior legal professionals on transactional matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. Graduates (Freshers are welcome to apply)
