1. The present petition has been instituted under Section 483 of
the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section
439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973), seeking the concession of
regular bail pending trial in connection with FIR No.193 dated 15.07.2025,
registered under Sections 287, 308(5), 111(4), 3(5), 61(2) and 238(c) of
the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 285, 386,
34, 120-B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860), along with Sections
25, 25(6) and 25(7) of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Gandhi Nagar,
District Yamuna Nagar.
