1. Considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated
05.03.2025 received from Police Station Nihalganj, District
Dholpur. The report indicated that after concluding the
investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed against the
petitioner under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 406 of IPC. The
petitioner is facing trial.

3. Having considered aforesaid, no case is made out for
interference or invoking jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.
4.The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps under the
BNSS (corresponding provision under the Cr.P.C.).
5. In view of aforesaid, Cr. Misc. petition along with misc.
application is hereby dismissed.
