It provides government ministries, departments, organizations, and public sector undertakings with a professional and technology-driven institutional environment for both online and offline dispute resolution in a time-bound and cost-effective manner.
The Federation aspires to establish itself as a premier global ADR center by offering efficient, technology-driven dispute resolution mechanisms. Its Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provides accessible and cost-effective options for arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and facilitated negotiation.
