1. Heard learned counsel for accused-appellants and learned A.G.A. for respondent-State.
2. The instant Criminal Appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against judgment and order dated 16.07.2008 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-V Faizabad in Sessions Trial No.646 of 1999 and Sessions Trial No.225 of 2004; State v. Amar Bahadur Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No.158 of 1999, under Sections 147, 323/149, 342 and 364 IPC, Police Station Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar convicting and sentencing the appellants as under:-
To Appellant Amar Bahadur Singh under Section 148 1.P.C. to one year imprisonment and a fine of Rs.500/- under Section 323/149 I.P.C. to six months imprisonment and a fine of Rs.250/- under Section 342/149 IPC six months imprisonment and fine of Rs.250/-
