This is an application seeking direction upon the department to proceed with
the probate case in absence of the death certificate of the deceased testator.
2. The petitioner claims to have been appointed as an executrix in the last Will
and Testament dated June 14, 2024 left behind by the deceased testatrix. It
is the petitioner’s case that the petitioner is unable to immediately lay hands
upon the original death certificate of the deceased testator.
3. It is the petitioner’s case that petitioner is being unduly prevented from
obtaining the death certificate of the deceased testator by the son and the
brothers of the deceased.
4. The petitioner alleges that the department is not proceeding with the
petitioner’s probate case for want of death certificate.
