1. Every day the board of this Court is clogged with at least 10-15 matters
covering the same issue as agitated in the present batch of petitions,
where the law has been already been settled by the Hon’ble Division
Bench. The same is challenged but the order of the Hon’ble Division
Bench has not been stayed.
2. The respondent is directed to ensure compliance of the directions of the
Hon’ble Division Bench and ensure that the issues which are covered
should be addressed at the respondent’s level only, so that the
petitioners do not have to approach the Court for matters which are
already settled. This exercise results in wastage of judicial time.
