3. The Petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 03.2.2026
passed by the Addl. Commissioner, Settlement and
Consolidation in R.P. Case No.50/2023. It is submitted that the
persons arrayed as Opp.party Nos.9 to 12 had died even before

filing of the revision and therefore, the impugned order
amounts to an order passed against dead persons and therefore,
a nullity. This is an aspect which has to be considered by
revisional Court.
