About the Internship
Stelcore Management Services Private Limited is hiring Legal Interns for its Corporate & Regulatory Compliance team.
The internship offers hands-on experience in corporate legal advisory, commercial contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal matters.
Eligibility
Applicants should be:
- Students in the 3rd–5th year of BA LL.B./BBA LL.B., or
- Recent law graduates.
- Company Secretary (CS) students at the Executive or Professional level with an interest in Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Cross-Border Legal Advisory are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates with prior internship experience in corporate law, contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, or international legal work will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, regulatory, and cross-border legal matters.
- Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, and other legal documents.
- Perform trademark clearance searches and assist with trademark filings, assignment deeds, and IP-related documentation.
- Support international regulatory compliance activities, including U.S. FDA and MoCRA registrations.
- Review product labels, packaging, and marketing claims for compliance across different jurisdictions.
- Prepare legal summaries, opinions, compliance reports, and other legal documentation.
- Maintain legal trackers, databases, and document repositories.
- Coordinate with internal teams on ongoing legal and cross-border compliance projects.
Skills Required
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Contract Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property, Regulatory Compliance, and international business laws.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal research tools.

As per company policy.
