    About the Opportunity

    AMD Law India is now accepting applications from law students for its educational Internship Program for the months of August 2026 and September 2026.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Corporate Law & Contracts: Assisting with corporate research, contract drafting and review of legal agreements.
    • Intellectual Property (IP) Research: Analysis of IP laws, IP search and statutory frameworks.
    • Content Creation & Strategy: Building legal concepts and developments into structured content.
    • Legal Assistance & Admin Work: Supporting day-to-day administrative functions and operational legal tasks.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Must be comfortable committing to a full-time, in-office internship in Vadodara for the complete monthly tenure.
    • Outstation applicants must be willing to relocate to Vadodara at their own expense for the internship duration.
    • High-performing interns may be considered for future positions and extended engagements with the firm.
