01. This application has been moved by the applicant/petitioner seeking
condonation of delay, alongwith Criminal Revision Petition under Section
397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C, 1973, against the order dated
25.02.2026 passed by the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,
Jammu in a challan No. 264/2022, titled “UT of J&K Vs. Vijay Kumar”,
whereby the respondent has been discharged of the charge for the
commission of an offence punishable under Section 307 IPC.
