    the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal 7 th, Tezpur at Balipara, in Case No. F.T.
    432/2016 [arising out of Ref. No. TZP(B)/10/1332 dated 20.04.2010], by which

    Das was declared to be a foreigner of post 25.03.1971 within the meaning of
