2) By filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India, the petitioner has assailed the opinion dated 29.11.2021, passed by
the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal 7 th, Tezpur at Balipara, in Case No. F.T.
432/2016 [arising out of Ref. No. TZP(B)/10/1332 dated 20.04.2010], by which

the petitioner, namely, Smti Gita Bose @ Geeta Basu @ Gita Das Basu @ Gita
Das was declared to be a foreigner of post 25.03.1971 within the meaning of
Section 6A of the Citizenship Act, 1955.
