01. The petitioner, through the medium of the present petition filed under
Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023,
seeks quashment of FIR No. 116/2023, registered on 01.06.2023 at
Police Station, Doda, District Doda, for the commission of offences
punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, alongwith all
consequential proceedings.
