About the Job :
We are looking for an experienced Advocate with exposure before Debt Recovery Tribunal / Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal / National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and High Court.
Eligibility :
🔹 5–6 years of litigation experience
🔹 Strong drafting & arguing skills (IBC, SARFAESI, Banking Laws)
Responsibility :
(i) Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and regulations
(ii) Analyze legal issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
(iii) Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
(iv) Assist in litigation management, including preparing briefs and case summaries
(v) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
(vi) Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders when required
