[1] Mr.Seityandra along with Ms. N. Kabita, learned counsel on record
for revision petitioners is before this Court.
[2] Ms. W. Anandita Chanu along Mr. Birendrajit and Ms. M. Pushpatolly,
learned counsel for Caveator ( to be noted, first respondent has lodged
caveat) is also before this Court.
[3] After some arguments, Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel on record
for revision petitioners sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned
CRP (Civil Revision Petition) and captioned MC(Miscellaneous Case) thereat.
In this regard, endorsements made by Mr. L. Seityandra, learned counsel
on record for revision petitioners and MC applicants in case file are as
follows:

MC(CRP(CRP Art.227) No.49 of 2026Though obvious, it is made clear that suit in Trial Court along with
interlocutory applications therein, (if any and/ or if filed post this order) will
proceed on its own merits and in accordance with law untrammeled by
instant withdrawal order. Though obvious, it is also made clear that this
Court has not expressed any view or opinion on merits of the matter.
[4] Captioned CRP and captioned MC thereat are disposed of as
withdrawn/closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
