Balaji Telefilms Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Professional – Movies within its Movies Vertical. This opportunity is suitable for legal professionals with experience in contract drafting, commercial legal matters, and media & entertainment law, who are interested in working on the legal aspects of film projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing legal support across the lifecycle of film projects, from development to release
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating production, talent, licensing, and commercial agreements
• Handling legal matters relating to branding, product placements, endorsements, and marketing collaborations
• Coordinating with production teams, talent representatives, external counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining contract repositories, legal trackers, and project documentation
• Conducting legal research and ensuring timely execution and compliance of legal deliverables
Eligibility & Preference:
• 2+ years of post-graduation experience
• Strong foundation in contract drafting and review
• Understanding of commercial legal matters
• Interest in Media & Entertainment Law
• Strong legal research, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage project-related legal requirements
